Your real name, surname, and email address are not displayed to other users.

If you add a profile photo, you may remove it or hide it from public display where available in the app settings.

To provide the core learning and gaming experience, we may collect and store information such as:

If you purchase LexUp Premium or any paid feature, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing or another applicable app store payment provider.

We do not collect, process, or store your credit card number, bank account details, or full payment information.

We may receive limited purchase-related information, such as:

LexUp does not provide private messaging, public chat rooms, direct user-to-user messaging, or social posting features.

This helps reduce privacy and safety risks, especially for younger users.

9. Children's Privacy

LexUp is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you must not use LexUp or create an account.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate legal authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or server-side data. To permanently delete your account, please use the in-app deletion feature or contact us.
