1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the LexUp application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use the application.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing the source code of the app is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct

When using the app, you agree not to use fraudulent methods (bots, auto-clickers, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.). When choosing your Nickname, you may not use profanity, insults, illegal, or offensive words. Violation of these rules may result in the permanent suspension of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images of the app belong to the LexUp developer. They cannot be copied or used without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

We do not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. We cannot be held directly or indirectly responsible for any damages (such as data loss) arising from the use of the app.
